RomRaider

I've got a few bugs to fix in 0.2.4a which I'll probably get to some time this week. After that and a few more features, I'll release a beta version and concentrate more on making RomRaider work 100% as expected and stop adding new features for a while.

Also, now that Calvin has posted tons of offsets on the tari forum, I'm going to write a program to import them. Once I get that done, it should I'll have the whole backend finished and making a ECU definition editor will be as easy as making a GUI. I'll be doing this concurrently with the bug fixes. Look for support for a lot more ECU versions in the next few weeks.
