I implemented support for this kind of axis:
https://github.com/RomRaider/RomRaider/pull/116. To make this work all you have to do is add an attribute <table ... dataLayout="bosch_subtract" /> to the axis. The update is currently only available in the github repo, but it should be available in the next public release.
