Hi there,

Dig the LV integration. One small anomaly - my air/fuel ranges all show "0.00 -- 0.01":

Anyone else get this?

Does it work with merchgod's LV application?
There is a "Known issue" with some early 32bit ROMs not allowing reading of some areas of the ROM via SSM. See "Known issues" in the original LV thread.
The only way around it is to implement an alternate read method such as read the ranges from the ROM file.

This ECU used 'estimated' based on stock values in LV :)

Thanks for the new version! I've been unable to read/clear DTC's in my car via LV as the ECU was only recently defined, so I am hoping this update is the answer :)

I've just installed 0.5.7 and updated the logger definitions to 'logger_METRIC_EN_v178.xml' and have been able to connect to the ECU and log some parameters and open 'Read Diagnostic Codes' (there were none). However, when I try and open 'Learning Table Values', I get this error:

As you can see in the screen shot, my CAL ID is D2UJ001T and ECU ID is 4B5A347007.

Where you cruising at a constant speed when the CEL came on? If so, P0420 ;) I have the same ECU as you in my H6 :)

When it last happened I was just driving up the road after leaving the house, so probably sitting on 60km/h, but only briefly. I see P0420 is cat converter efficiency below threshold? Could be something like that I guess... how did you fix it?

So should I still be able to read (and clear) DTC's via the 'Read Diagnostic Codes' (F8) menu item?

Yes that should be fine as it is purely an SSM read function and only relies on the logger XML file.

So the car threw a DTC and went into 'limp' mode again today, so I was finally able to read the code for the first time :) I can hopefully track down the misfire now.

Just another question sorry. Now that I have read these codes in RR logger, are they cleared from the ECU? Or will the logger show a cumulative list next time a DTC occurs? Not quite sure what the 'temporary' and 'memorized' flags mean... As soon as I read the codes and started the car, it went out of limp mode and back to normal, so I assume some sort of reset was done when the codes are read?

The codes are not cleared by a read. You would need to Reset the ECU or complete the appropriate drive cycle to clear them.
Temporary - means something like, the code should briefly then all returned to normal.
Memorized - means it's a hard failure or recurring checks continue to fail.
