Hello,

I am looking into getting an AEM four channel wideband controller to use on my 07 STi. I already have a header with four wideband bungs, and would have the pressure tap added if I purchased the AEM setup. I would like to use the setup in conjunction with Romraider. However, there does not appear to be support for it. I have done some searching and have only found the thread linked below.

viewtopic.php?f=3&t=8919

According the the AEM website, the controller has the canbus output and 4 0-5v outputs (one for each cylinder). Would it be possible to wire the 0-5V outputs into a serial port and read it in similar to a standard AEM EUGO controller?

To read DC inputs with RomRaider Logger you'll have to use a Phidget Interface Kit such as the 1011_0 or similar.

So if I got a proper analog to digital setup, I would then need a new version of Romraider that has an external sensor add on configured for this set up or I would need to fumble through trying to write something myself. Correct?

Hey Badwheel.

See this post for setup etc, works like a charm viewtopic.php?f=14&t=8534

Using Phidgets device you can set up to log your afrs from a 4 channel Phidgets device, its already built into RR under externals tab. I use it for my Aem Wb02 currently, have not tried 4 though but if you have 4 inputs im sure it would work.

Once you have connected your device(phidgets) it populates the Externals tab with the found PhidgetInterfaceKit inputs, you can then log all these values with other logging parameters.

Most excellent. I will order myself a 8/8/8 and the AEM setup and report back. Thank you for the help!

I got the four channel AEM logger set up working with a phigets 8/8/8 and RR. It was relatively straight forward and easy. As a thanks I have donated to RR. If anyone is interested in the four channel results I can open a new thread or we can move this thread somewhere else.
