CAN WE ADD CHECK BOX TO LET THE EDITOR to not save uncheck tables

that i am doing is use two same addresses in one defs that make the rom have alot of error
can xml defs use IF on it

can i use switch table that active a single table in romraider

any kind of help here

Please provide an example of what you would like to see changed.

for same reason i use one table and one switch using same reference . if i change the table the switch will not active next time also the switch will not do the job coz the table will save new date

what i am looking for in makenan option in the table that make it not active while saving

at this moment i am using multi defs doing that job

i bricked my ecm bad sh72532 and replace it
lets talk about using romraider to change the rom data.
when we save changes in a new rom . the romraider will replace data .What if we use same data in one defs . for example open loop afr target table . and other created switch . that change afr in 7400rpm x (1.10 - 1.25) load . it maybe became 4 hex channel . but when we save the rom . the Lower in the defs will save last . and it became approved next time open the rom .

what's happened here when we the rom . all switch will check values . is there are no compare with that the switch will not active

RomRaider holds the entire ROM in memory, that includes data that is not defined as an editable table or value. When the ROM is saved all the data is written to the saved file. So all tables edited or not will be written out. There is no option not save a table. That would corrupt the ROM file as the table would be missing.
If you have two tables operating on the same address range only the changes made in the table closest to the end of the table list is saved, any other modifications to the data by an earlier table in the list will be overwritten.
This is the exact cause of editing problems of tables that share common axis. Since the data for the axis is read for each table and duplicated in memory, changes in one table are not reflected into the other shared tables.
It is a problem that is quite hard to solve and would require a large effort in code re-writing.
