Added several new things, ready to start on the settings panel. Not looking forward to it though.. At least I'll finally learn to output XML.

Here's what I've done this weekend

- Improve refresh method when saving (done)
- Improve exception reporting (done)
- Implement "obsolete" tag -- set up wiki with ROM revision info (done)
- Group tables by category (done)
- Fix descriptions not working (done)
- Fix 2D table navigation (done)
