I've got quite a bit of work done on the settings. None of it is editable yet, but the XML parser for it is is 90% and all of the new options are implemented.

I also created it as a new project from scratch because netbeans screwed up all the packages I renamed. It's all cleaned up now.

I've started the settings XML generator. It looks like this isn't going to be too tough at all. I've created all the elements, and I should just need to output them now. Cross your fingers.
