RomRaider

I already have tortoise svn on my workstation and laptop for work and was wondering if I can use it to connect to http://svn.RomRaider.org/RomRaider.

When I try I get prompted for a userid and password but when I go to the url I am able to browse the repository without authenticating.

I also tried to import the current svn branch with linux svn (1.3.0) and was forced to enter username and password as well?
How can I get the newest version on RomRaider/Logger without installing a complete IDE like Netbeans or Eclipse?
