Has anyone turned the logger into an app that an android based tablet can run? I have a few cars I work on that have aftermarket head units which would provide a perfect place to run the logger for remote tuning or just to use as a set of gauges.

no real need to when btSSM does a cracking job on android devices.

I did look into that, is there a way to modify it to view ethanol content from the tgv or rear o2 sensor?

it doesn't need modified you can call a custom parameter for logging (TGV voltage) and then scale and convert it to what you want all within the app.
