XML parser is finished, save for any problems that should crop up. Next step is adding a GUI -- yay!

I've removed all the uneccessary files from the archive this time -- no ECU image, Xerces or graphics. You'll have to get today's earlier code archive for that. http://www.romraider.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=24
