Paul redid the colorizing method in RomRaider and gave me this sample screenshot. I just added him to the SVN permissions so I haven't seen the code yet, but here's what he's sent me:

Looks good. Just make sure the colors aren't too dark or it washes out the values or makes them more difficult to read. Ecuflash's default coloring scheme tends to do that.

You'll still be able to customize the colors. Just add some white to them and you're in business ;)

Anyway to have an option to color the borders of the boxes?

Like, instead of black? Right now you can change the color of altered cells in settings

That's good because some of the combinations can be really hard to read. That SS isn't very big, but you can kind of see that issue in the dark colors.

I made a few changes to the code. Paul's was all hard coded but now it'll again use customized colors, and still display gradients the way you'd expect. Thanks Paul!

Nope.. this is pretty. What would REALLY be pretty is if it would stop running so damn slow.

Is there a way to check how long Windows has been installed? I think I'm a little over a year.. way overdue. :(

Hmm, not sure. Its been several years since I've reinstalled XP. Unlike the old days of win95/98/me where you had to do it every couple of months.

Wow Jared, didn't take you long to make the colours customizable again. I was planning on doing that but wanted to make sure you were happy with how i was calculating the scaling first.

Paul.
