Hey guys,

Could you help me by analyzing my tune and giving some insights regarding the issues I'm facing?

Car specs:
Subaru Outback 2007/2008 - EZ30 5EAT
E85 Fuel
STI Dark Blue Injectors 565cc
DW65C Fuel Pump
New OEM Fuel Filter
Raptor Headers
Cat Delete
SS Exhaust with two rear mufflers
EGR Delete

I live in a city in Brazil, with temperatures ranging between 15-25ºC and an elevation of 1,000m.

The problems I'm currently encountering are:

- The car feels weak at low RPMs. After 4800-5000rpm, the issue resolves itself, and the car delivers all the torque. The difference is very noticeable.
- Cold start cranking take a long long long time. I need to try several times, and initially, the car starts and then dies. Once it starts properly and stabilizes, the car runs normally. However, with hot starts, I only face the issue of taking long time cranking.
- Despite all the modifications, I feel the car is weaker than it was originally.
- No "pops and bangs", even with ignition tables adjusted for it. Yes, I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I enjoy it.

Any help will be appreciated!

I have EZ30 also, 2005 year.

1. Check vacuum leak in inlet manifold. Only smoking machine can do this well.

2. Are you sure that the spark plugs and coils are in good condition?

3. How good is AFR Sensors?

4. Could you show your Learning Tables from Romraider Logger?

If I have time in nearest days, I'll try to see your logs, it's interesting for me.

ps: I tried to see your ROM but Ecuflash show that definition file do not match .bin.
Could you check? Best practice is to put definition in the same zip that .bin.
And do you have def file for Romraider?
