Working on my JDM 2008 3.0R Outback (D2PH410Q) 5EAT and seeking help why throttle opening angle is restricted for the first second or so in first gear? For a pull in 2nd the throttle doesn't have this delay. In S# naturally. Or if there's any other tips for maximising WOT really appreciated. My Requested Torque & Target Throttle tables should have the throttle plate open to 100%. I searched with Scooby ROM but didn't see any per gear torque limits, although did find the table shown below which may be torque related but not sure - it's right next to Calculated Engine Torque. Also found the per gear timing retard values but haven't played with those yet.
