Hi! I need your help

HUGE thanks in advance!
I recently logged my 2017 STI built engine + custom tune (400hp) just to check if everything was still ok, after 1 year from the tune.
I noticed important FLKC values (-4 above 6000rpm in 3rd and up to -4/7 above 6000rpm in 4th gear).
I had an oil change (the mechanic choose to go from 10w50 to 10w60, idk why) and then decided to reset the ECU and log again to see if the knock was still there.
Filled up with fresh 100oct, logged again and I still have -1.5/-2.75 FLKC at high rpm (6000+, few -1.75 at 5000+).
I was wondering if this could be somehow related to the thicker oil, causing AVCS slow responses.
I therefore logged OCV dc% and VVT angles.
What do you think about this? Is the response time good enough? It looks so slow to me... even considering the low sampling rate... but I'm not familiar with this values.
