3 issues I would appreciate help on:

#1
Car: 2004 STi
Pertinent Mods: Wiseco Pistons, Crower Rods, TGV deletes, Cusco Twin plate clutch, FP Green, APS FMIC w/ CAI,
Engine management: COBB Protune.

Problem: Mysterious CEL's that will clear when ecu is reset, but there is NO CODE. Is this a weekness in COBB's crap? If I use RomRaider and EcuFlash, will these go away?

#2

I'm currently using RomRaider and ecuflash to flash a few suby's including our shop STi (not the one above). I am having issues with datalogging. I cannot get any of the datalogging software to work. I have tried, ecuexplorer and ecuedit. I can't get real time OR datalogs. Any advice?
I'm using the 1.3M cable for the DBW cars. I haven't tried 1.2 on anything as far as realtime data streams or logging is concerned.

#3

I'm making large changes on the fuel maps and not seeing large changes in AFR's. To notice any appreciable changes in AFR i have to adjust MAF calibration. I know either MAF Cal or injector scaling is off because my fuel map says 14.5 and I'm getting 11.3-11.6 on mulitple sensors. This is for an 05 STi with vf34, fmic, cai, exhaust etc.
Any advice?

Thanks a ton for your time and help,
Dominic

Have you gone to autozone or somewhere else to pull codes? ecuExplorer (or whatever you're using) might have something set wrong and be missing a code. The trouble code reader doesn't work correctly at all on my 04 WRX.

Are you making changes to all of the fuel tables? The DBW ECUs have several (4?), and what they are for isn't known. It may be looking up a different table than the one you're modifying if you aren't changing them all.

using an obdII scanner, accessport and other programs reveals NO CODES. It's really weird.
