This is also posted over on OSECUROMS page, just figured to try to find as much help as possible.

I just flashed this on my friends car (05 wrx wagon) a few days ago, and had it on my car (same car) for a few weeks with no problems, logs look great too. He called me this morning telling me he is having stalling problems when going to stop, as in going to a light pushing in the clutch and putting in N, he said it only does it once and a while and he cant make it do it. He does not have a bov either which i know is a problem sometimes with stalling like that. I was just trying to figure out what the best solution to fix this would be. Also it does it both with a/c on/off. any help is appreciated.

He will most likely need to adjust his IDLE speed to compensate. I haven't had any other cars stall on me with the 800F maps. I do know that some 04's didn't like the 05 maps that C0BB had so if it's an 04 then load up an A4TF520F on it instead and copy the values over and see how that works.
