I've been trying to find a map for my 02 with the following mods and running 91 octane:
-JDM STi Catless Up-pipe
-Bosal Downpipe
-Daddy's 3rd cat elim
-STi axle back (still stock midpipe)
-K&N Filter
-Unorthadox Racing Underdrive pulley
I used a stock MY02 MT/AT map from osecuroms and transferred the values from ev8siv3's stage 2 MY03 map to it, however I'm confused by the "A" and "B" maps for some of the components (such as knock and fuel). I loaded all the values into the A maps, but what is the difference between the 2? Can someone lookover my work and see if I missed anything? Also, are there any better maps out there for a setup like mine?
Thanks!
Chris

The A and B are based on particular conditions. For your year, the A maps for fuel are your primary fuel maps and the B maps are used when the vehicle is not moving. For the knock category, I haven't been able to work out what the A and B conditions are for each year/revision, but there has been some talk that A is for automatic trannies and B for manual trannies.

That's what I figured. As far as the knock goes, prob best to just alter both to be the same values then? Also, I was told that flashing my 02 ECU with the original 03 map wouldn't be a problem. Is this true?
Thanks,
Chris

There an additional emissions sensor in the 03s, so I think if you flash the 03 map on an 02, you'll get a CEL for the sensor since it can't find the input. It won't hurt anything to flash the 03 map and you can always flash it back.

Good thing I did all the copying while at work so it wasn't a total waste of time haha. One big question I have is what effect will my underdrive pulley have with this map? It wasn't created for a car with one and I'm not sure what needs to be changed to account for it. Any suggestions on a starting point?

Minor mods are likely to be within the scope of the map. You have to remember, however, that each car is different and no matter what map you run, you want to make sure you do plenty of logging and make sure your car is happy with it. Look at your advance multiplier and watch for boost spikes. If you have wideband, make sure you hitting your fuel targets.
