Desperately need help to change my nps this it due to a sti convertion but wrx 5 speed box.
EDM A4RN300G

I know it's not what you want to hear, but you might be better fitting the alternative NPS that way you can stick to using standard roms?

Also don't forget to change the gear determination thresholds to match your old rom!

Yes I did the gear determination thresholds.
just stuck on this now with non working avcs didn't want to change the sensor as I will be changing to carberry that has nps invert in the rom but need to log this Rom before I can change over.

Are you running the auto map still. avcs wont work even if you wire the ecu like the manual car.

I wired a auto conversion exactly like how the manual car has it and avcs did work. I was when i flash a manual car map of the same year before it worked.

We don't have auto my05 sti ' s in the UK it's a OEM PPP map.

MY05 changed the nps switch so the ecu has nps reversed.

Sorry man i saw something about conversion. But since it is temporary until you switch to carberry then just disconnect (or bridge if is the other way) the nps switch. Do the logs to convert.

wait. the lastest version of carberry can be run in full maf mode. just copy your stuff over and invert the nps then do the logs and then go blend or straight SD

I was thinking about reversing the sensor with a relay. And I've been using the new maf carberry on my old engine for the last 6 month but you need the log to be able to convert load into psi for the tables..

To put this to bed I've had a pro tuner convert it over for me via email for free and it's all working fine now
