Looking for a Base map 07 WRX 5spd USDM that will work with an aftermarket intake.

You won't find one. All intakes (even the stock one, for that matter) are different. There are multiple 06-07 WRX maps in the WRX section. Try one of those and custom tune your MAF for your intake.
