Alright let's re write this a bit. So many revisions and changes.
Run on USDM 02 WRX Wagon Cobb SF Intake Cobb EBCS TGV Delete Blouch 16gxt-r ID1000's Haltech IAT Sensor between TMIC and TB Cobb Headerback exhaust ID1000's Fuel Pump upgrade, can't remember what it is.
Timing and fuel specific for my car. VE table from Jon7009's Carberry EJ205 Base map.
MAF scaling is my own for this intake. It is spot on. I had some weird issue that was never resolved forcing me to run SD. (No, it wasnt a bad MAF or boost leak)
TONS of edits overall from Jon7009, huge shoutout and thank you to him. He made this possible and helped me learn more than I ever thought.
Hopefully this works as a starting point for some of you.
Next post or update will be for a hybrid build since I sent cylinder 4s rings into low earth orbit. Operator error, not tuning error. That's what happens when you are sick of getting gapped on the straights by your friends with v8's and give a stock motor with 170k miles ALL the boost.
Good luck and may the logs be ever in your favor.
Matt
Changelog: Edit: 11/5/15 Added load based timing map with timing values based off of Testes' Stage 2 map, 93 Octane. Still need to flash and datalog both. Edit 2: 11/5/15 Continued work on V110 load map, based timing off of one of my previous Cobb AccessTuner Race maps, interpolated for carberry scaling. Edit 3: 11/6/15 fixed constant knock CEL on my latest map revision as well as retweak injector scaling to 1015 Edit 4: 11/8/15 changed pretty much everything fuel related, again retweaked injector scaling to Cobb's suggested value, about 933 which I found kind of strange and adjusted latency Edit 5: 11/9/15 scaling down to 913, continue latency tweak (V118) Edit 6: 11/17/15 timing and latency tweaked, learning values looking much better, need to work on MAF (v119) Edit 7: 11/17/15 not sure I am a fan of initial IAM being 16, reduced to stock 2004 wrx rom values of 8 with step of 4 (v120) Edit 8: 12/8/16 I will be updating this in the future for use on my 02 WRX, I know the map needs some type of tweak for a stumble near 4k if I remember correctly. Also would like to tune for a cutout welded just after the turbo in the downpipe. Will most likely start by stealing the timing from Artizle's map (thanks Artizle, you have been a huge help with this over the past year) Edit 9: 12/14/16 I stole Artizle's timing and ignition dwell (thanks Artizle!), I will be testing soon. Also messed with injector and MAF scale as well as injector latency. Also enabled knock-cel for over -4 degrees. (v121) Edit 10: 03/13/18 It's been quite some time, made some big changes. With some big help from community members, Jon7009 in particular, made some big leaps forward on the map. Ignition dwell changed for the 2002 WRX black coil packs. Completely changed the injector min pulse width table using information from a relatively recent post on here by Dr. Waffles. Re-checked my MAF scale and dug out some old ATR maps I had made for my previous WRX to make small adjustments. Flashed the car tonight after swapping manifolds and injectors. Besides the uppipe, everything is now swapped into my new car. Started it up for the first time after flashing it tonight, it idled perfectly, and fuel trims looked good along with air/fuel. Need to put some more coolant in before I test drive it (and maybe wait till this snow storm is over), and I will post a log. Edit 11: 03/20/18 Effectively disabled decel fuel cut for fun decel noises. Other than that, no different than v203. I will keep both files up. Edit 12: 1/27/19 Looked back at my files and for some reason I'm at V206 and V207. Not sure what changes I've made honestly. Version 208 I disabled launch control and enabled ALS to test it out. Uploaded all the files, as well as keeping V203. V204 caused issues with drivability for me from what I can remember so I removed that. Edit 13: 6/2/19 Decided to try disabling decel fuel cut again. Will upload V209 if it works well. Edit 14: 7/1/19 I have been using v209 and it has been working very well for me. Decel fuel cut gives some good burbles, no crazy pops tho, which isn't what I was looking for anyway. Since I am happy with how this map is running currently, I will only have this one up. I may try to tune in some decel pops on v210 but I may not upload it. If anyone has questions, feel free to ask. Edit: 03/04/2020 Changed everything. This is set up for my car to run 22psi. It is spot on for me, even with those WGDC values. May or may not have LC/ALS/Rotational Idle enabled and set up. Can't remember.

Having an issue after flashing my 4.2 version, throwing a CEL on startup. Romraider says I dont have the correct logger definition files to view the DTC's even though I am using the version1.8 logger defs from the Carberry OP. I can flash back to my working 3.9 map but I want to take advantage of flexfuel in 4.2 in the future. Anyone have any ideas?

The knock CEL is enabled, and your min unit to flash at is 0, so you should be getting a constant light from that. Change it to -1 or -0.7, -0.35 or something negative so it doesn't come on until knock actually happens.

When you say Cobb timing, you mean a timing map you made on ATR but transferred over, not being a table a protuner was paid for transferred over? If you made the timing table initially, okay but if not it should get removed.

Thanks for the heads up on the knock CEL, and Accesstuner race is the non protuner version, the timing table is my own creation. AFAIK it's not possible to even view Cobb protunes on the v3 accessport.
Also, any ideas on why romraider won't let me read DTC's? I can log perfectly just not read DTC's..
Edit: Figured out the DTC issue, used the newest defs from the logger thread instead of the supplied defs in the carberry thread. The Knock CEL was only part of the problem, now I have a whole bunch...
Edit 2: Seems like besides the injector DTC's these are related to AVCS? Didnt have such issues on 3.9, should I disable and call it a day?

Look under the CEL Fixes in the 3.9 base map I uploaded and compare it to your ROM

Having a hell of a time trying to get injector scaling and latency correct. So many different combinations getting me closer and closer. What do ID1000's actually flow? My previous Cobb protune I believe had them at 1015, my own cobb map had them at about 990 but now Im getting pretty close with about 933...
Edit: After doing a decent bit of research it seems as though these ID1000's actually flow closer to DW850's? Can anyone confirm or deny? Kind of upset that these dont flow what they are supposed to.

I have been having this problem for months now and I can't seem to find a new def. They are all old as hell or the one supplied in the carberry thread.

Art, will the 1.8 logger defs you linked allow me to pull dtc's from a carberry rom and allow the learning view to display correctly? I haven't been able to pull dtc's or have a clean (really large random numbers or negative in random cells) learning view since before 3.9.0. I've asked a few other times in other threads never to receive and answer.

Kind of upset that these dont flow what they are supposed to. your first mistake is assuming that the injector scalar value has anything to do with labeled injector flow rating. don't get hung up on the number! i started a thread around here somewhere that shows how to use mafv and afr error to dial in latency. it's the only method i use now as it basically eliminates the effect of maf translation curve error while you're still tuning.
