I am new to the site and am in search of a base map for my currently stock 2020 wrx. I have searched the site over but have only had luck finding base maps for earlier model wrx's so far so thought I'd reach out and see if anyone else is having any trouble.

So unfortunately open source doesn't have very much support for the FA20DIT stuff. Do to this I have had to tune peoples cars using Cobb AP and running the accesstuner. Its expensive but some features are kinda nice, like the live tuning features. I'm not trying to promote Cobb just saying thats basically all there is and also ecutek and ecuedit if i'm not mistaken.

Thats unfortunate. The Cobb tuner plus a tune is going to cost around 1k and around here there aren't any reputable tuners. I live in a very rural area in Appalachia. May have to do some more thinking on the subject.

You can also do remote tuning with the accessport and the upside to doing remote tuning with cobb is its easier to setup, don't have to worry about setting up ecuflash and romraider. And also don't have to worry about an external wideband as the stock one on the FA20DIT is a wideband! I have done a couple of in person and several remote tunes through cobb accesstuner and none of them complained about difficulty logging and emailing me logs.
