So if I can't delete immobilizer what's the best way to swap a jdm dual avcs computer into a Subaru Baja for my ej20x

Posting this and trying to tread water carefully as to not break rules:

You can swap the EEPROM chips from your factory ECU to the EJ20x ECU. That EEPROM contains data that is required for the immobilizer to work with the rest of the components.

This isn't defeating the immobilizer, but rather integrating it back into your new ECU, so you will still have all the functionality of an immobilizer, just paired up with your new ECU.

dont forget for the dual AVCS car your also going to need the clocks and pretty much the entire body loom to go with it (and the gearbox) as the ECU looks for it's vehicle speed reading from the wheels not from the gearbox like older cars. If you don't have a 100% complete running car to transplant from then you may be better looking at an aftermarket ECU to control the engine.
