Hey, so I've been lurking for years on romraider and I finally decided to take a dive into tuning. I bought a tactrix cable, wideband and I have all the required software. Problem is, I heard there are issues with getting RR to log with the AEM Wideband. My question is, what are my options? I've researched it and it said to use the TGV signals.
I do not have TGVs BUT I also do not have the wire as I removed it during my wire tuck. I'd have to remove the entire manifold and fish for it.
I read that someone used the ADC? What is the procedure for that? I also saw the phidget method, unfortunately I'm trying to stay within a certain budget. I would have paid for a pro tune but I'm almost stock besides a hybrid engine (255/205), modified injectors, and gm ebcs. (I paid for a pro-tune prior when I was on E85 and I'm going back to stock) My tuner was not willing to cut me any slack, nor was he helpful or responsive. So it leaves me to take matters into my own hands.
Anyways, what are some methods you would suggest? (Please be descriptive, I'm reading a lot of threads and guides as I go)

I do know that you can purchase a DB9 serial port from an electronics store (or site) and then also a serial to USB adapter, and select it with the right plugin in romraider. The instructions should be with the UEGO for wiring the output to the DB9 connector, but I've included the ones for the UEGO, maybe you have a different AEM wideband? I know of one person who did this route and has not had any problems getting the logger to work with it.

Thanks jon, you've been an amazing help today. I wasn't sure if the sure if the UEGO & the FailSafe version I had was the same thing.
