Hi all, recently initiated my learning curve on all this.

1) If I am getting numbers under Primary Waste Gate Duty Cycle during a log, does that mean the ECU is operating the waste gate at that % or does it mean that is what the tables call for under current conditions?

2) On the Switches tab I see Boost Pressure Control Mode before I connect to my car. After I connect to my car that row is missing on the Switches tab. Can I get that back and log it or does it not show because my ECU does not support it.

File is a run I did after discovering the Duty Cycle trace, if it helps.

Current ECU is a MY04 USDM MT WRX, engine is a JDM EJ205 with Avics that I don't believe came out of a JDM WRX. JDMRacingMotors told me (I think) it was a Forester motor when I bought it, now they say it came out of a WRX. I'm not using the ECU because I can't upload it. Using the USDM because I can upload it and I'm trying to work out a persistent P0246 code.

thx all

1. its the percentage of operating the WG.
2. it is not supported by your ECU.

Thanks Welaish. It's good to know that the ECU is at least calling for waste gate operation. I have a p0246 code, waste gate voltage high, which is keeping me from getting better than spring controlled boost. I've checked the wiring in the harness, the resistance in the BCS, all the vacuum lines and intake track fittings, voltages on the harness, everything (that I can think of). Same code on both the JDM and USDM ECU's. I even added a spring to the waste gate arm to increase boost just to be sure I could get more than 9 psi. Driving me frickin' craze...
