ive read through all the posts on here and everywhere else about the guy that made the break through into a cummins ecu. an idea i have but not the capability(not a computer programmer at all) is using rom raider to create a tune, then try to flash it to the ecu through a tuner from say... smarty. Smarty does have a tuner out now that supports custom tuning through their own software, but it is very pricey. i have a tuner from smarty that is preloaded with 9 tunes, and a few parameters that you can adjust yourself to go along with each tune. i think this would be very possible i just do not have the smarts to do it. the tuner i have can communicate with a computer for solely keeping it up to date. Any ideas or thoughts?
