Mismatched ROM Info - ECU Flash

Hey guys, one last quick question before I attempt a flash.

I'm going to flash a E2CVL002D using the ECUFlash definition file found http://www.romraider.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=10644 only thing I am worried about is when I open my ROM in ECUFlash all the "ROM Info" is incorrect (i.e. I have a MT not an Auto and the CAL ID is different).

My question is should I input the correct ROM Info by editing the .xml file? Or does it not matter so long as the ECU ID's match?

XML saying auto or manual wont matter

Some of the ROM's work in Manual and Autos, with the TID for Auto defining which maps are used
