Is there a relationship between the Queries/sec that is displayed at the bottom of the Logger and the Time column in the Logger spreadsheet file?
E.g, is it possible to calculate the average queries/sec of a log from the spreadsheet Time column increments?

Sure. Count the number of lines logged in 1 second, this will give you queries/sec.

That's certainly simple enough; I had thought it was more complicated. But having now done the calculations for a number of logs, it all works out, including the relationship between the resultant queries/sec and the number of parameters (columns) being logged
Thanks !

Yes, there is a relationship between the number of requests/s displayed at the bottom of the recorder and the "Time" column in the recorder spreadsheet file. The number of requests/sec in the logger shows the rate at which data is coming into the logger. This data is written to the spreadsheet file, where it is linked to the "Time" column. Thus, you can calculate the average number of requests/sec of the log from the increments of the time column of the spreadsheet using the formula: number of requests/sec = number of log entries / recording time.
