Here's a few ideas for minor features/fixes:

1. Remove the comma displayed in the ECU description box if no case id is available for that revision (ex. A2WC521N, ; 05 Subaru....). Add parentheses to the case id (ex. A4SGE01C (AF426), 02 Subaru....)

2. Move the table name from title bar to above the coarse increment/set boxes to avoid cutting off of table name due to longer file names.

3. Less space between the data values and their outlining boxes, allowing a more compact table. Currently, with tables such as fuel, it is hard to put two tables (say when comparing two different revisions) on the screen and see all the values. Also, smaller increment button icons could help reduce table size.

4. Also relating #3, have a general font size selector for each table, similar to IE, where the font size could be changed to help make the table more compact, instead of having to choose the font directly from the settings menu (ex. smallest/small/medium/large/huge). And when selecting a smaller font, the boxes auto-size to the font (now they remain the same size).

5. Remove the table name from the 3d and 1d tables above the data values, leaving the units only (as done with 2d tables). For example, with target boost, "Target Boost A" would be removed and only relative psi will be left. For 1d tables, the same could be done, leaving the units, but moving the units below the data value(s).

6. Smaller open/save/close/refresh icons.

7. Add the FAQ to the Help topics.

8. A "close-all windows" selection.

9. If user tries to save a DBW map without enabling the checksum fix, a box open notifying the user and allowing them the choice to have it done automatically.

10. Subcategories for tables. To avoid spacing issues, move subcategory name in-line with main category name and table name opens with the same indent.

11. User level selection below ecu description.

12. Developer's notes capability added to debug tables (or all tables).

13. Untested tag added which would bring up a notification that the current revision has not been tested with an actual copy and giving the user a link to the ecu definitions forum so they can upload a copy of their rom, as well as a warning indicating that some values may not be correct. This could replace the obsolete tag.

14. Maximize window as default when opening RomRaider.

Some more ideas:
1. Min/Max tags in XML that limits values that can be entered for user levels 1-4 to avoid extreme typos.

2. When loading roms, all on/off check box tables will be checked to make sure the current value matches either the on or the off values in the XML. If it doesn't match either, then an error message pops up indicating that the particular check box table may be pointing to the wrong address.

3. Remove set and increment icons and boxes from check box tables.

4. Single click, if set, works for opening files as well.

5. Some way to change the order the tables are shown instead of the order they are listed in each revision. For example, if I want to change the order of the tables, I have to change it every single revision. If there was a way to create the order within the table types, this would be a lot easier and make it more consistent (especially with the child revisions and the way tables different from the parent are displayed).
