Anyone using these gauges? I read that they are now loggable in romraider. Are they accurate, etc...?

I started asking around and my buddy mellon said that he came accross many instances of logging the prosport wideband where it would skip certain values for some reason. That lead me to looking into possibly getting the prosport gauge working with the lc-1. It looks like it should easily be possible by settings the scaling in lmprogrammer for the gauge output to 0v=10afr , 5v = 20afr. However, I called prosport and they told me they wouldnt sell the gauge without the control unit :(

Unless Prosport has added a serial data stream to their product then it is not directly supported in RR Logger. Even then we don't have any details from them about it.
They did contact me to find out if RR Logger could read their controller's 0-5VDC signal. I told them no, we need a serial (or USB) data stream.

In the meantime, you can use the Phidgets InterfaceKit to read the 0-5VDC signal from the controller and log the raw samples with RR Logger. Then in a spreadsheet program you'd have to use a calculation to convert the raw samples into actual AFR.

From this I take it that you can't configure the transformations via file or in-app setting at the moment, is that right?

Or something...
I haven't come up with a good plan yet, as there are a number of settings that can be tailored per sensor input. So they have to be tied to the IK serial number and input number. I purposely didn't provided a user field to set the formula until there's a way to store, retrieve and apply it.
From the code It looks like there's a bit of work which may involve updates to the entire Externals framework to implement it. So far no one has asked to try it out.

If you are running the WBO2 with the gauge then having the actual value in the logs isn't that important. When you're looking over the logs it's very easy to add a column with the calculation (once you know it) based on the raw value. It's a bit of post-processing yes, but it takes all of 20 seconds to complete.

Externals framework? Do you mean non-subaru logging? If so, you know my thoughts on that :-)
