Gentlemen,
I am exploring options to tune a twin scroll setup on a USDM 2006 WRX. I have considered using AEMs 4 channel UEGO controller for pre turbo AFRs in each primary but dont know if it could be read by RomRaider.
From AEMs website:
"Since not all programmable engine management systems can accept four separate inputs, AEM’s 4-Channel Wideband UEGO Controller includes a CAN-BUS datastream output that provides users with the ability to datalog for each individual cylinder without tying up all of the ECU’s channels. The system can be integrated with almost any data logger or engine management system through 4 unique differential analog outputs or the AEMnet datastream output and also includes four 0-5v analog outputs for each AFR channel."
What is needed for it to be done? I am hoping each channel of the controller could be read by RomRaider like the single channel wideband UEGO is and logged in a similar fashion. So all together there would be 5 widebands logged in Romraider, 4 pre and 1 post turbo.
Please give me your thoughts!
Regards,
Konrad

We'll need some more info about the connections it offers. I see this thing they call AEMnet. That won't be supported without a CAN 2.0 interface on your laptop. If serial or USB is still supported then it shouldn't be hard to add support if we can get the protocol spec.
