I am willing to test this out. I have an 02 WRX.
Using A4SGE01C. Just an FYI my netbook doesn't like the site so if can't load for ECU try a real computer :lol:

I've got this working in a limited fashion for me. It'll stop/start proply based on the trigger conditions and it'll pull back some good data. However, it's clearly pulling back some BS data as well. I've attached my logcfg.txt and a sample log to see if anyone can figure it out. The log is of me starting the car, pulling it up the driveway, and stopping it in the garage. Note the IAM and FLKC columns.

OK, I've got some partial solutions.

First, everywhere the Online Generator generated the code for a 4-byte value, the line:

Code:

databits = 32

Needs replaced with the line:

Code:

isfloat=1

That seems to clear all the problems right up. Interestingly, in logger.xml, all these values have their datatypes listed as float. I thought the Online Generator scraped logger.xml to get the configs?

Now, today I had a chance to take logs of some conditions I won't be able to replicate again for a long time. The logs were taken before I had a chance to figure this out. Is there any way to "recover" the good data from the messed-up data that was logged?

Good find. When I first was writing this there was little data to go on.

The data is scraped from the definitions files. I need to change where the "storagetype" is float to fix this.

The only problem is that I am taking my car back to stock and don't have time to test nor the car to do it. I am thinking of checking this code into a public area so that anyone can make changes and or add to it.

Is this logger config project still workng/active?

Tried this just now (Firefox on Windows and OSX, IE on Windows).

After selecting my ROM version and desired parameters, click 'create cfg file' and... Nothing happens.

Use this tool - much easier, and does not depend on somebody else updating a website - uses your Romraider logger settings.

The one I posted had a running website before some time, but now it's taken down. Someone can set up his own though.
