Attachment: rom_pull_nocom.jpg same to me: OS Win7 64-bit, interface KKL to RS232 (yes, real serial COM1). ecuMem doesn´t find any COM-ports. Running in XP-mode or admin-mode does not chance anything. Running the interface with RomRaider works fine. Any ideas, if I do not need a driver for the interface ? With WinXP SP2 this combinations works proper.

ecuMem works thru Microsoft net Framework. It looks like there is no applicable\ there is incompatible method for Com port enumeration under Win64. The most recent version 4.5 of NET Framework tried and is not a solution. Edit: updated version attached viewtopic.php?f=32&t=8513

Should this utility work with Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 cable?
It doesn't 'simulate' a COM port, what I see in Device manager is a 'Vehicle PassThru Interfaces -> Tactrix Openport 2.0 J2534 Vehicle Interface'...

OP2 is not supported. $7-15 k-line adapter does not seem to be overpriced.

Do you have a publicly available version of this that can pull the TCU ROM via SSM? I saw your other 5EAT ROM (I presume you pulled via this method) and would like to pull the one from my car. Tried it back on 2010 via manually without much success.

Sasha_A80 wrote: ECU\TCU ecuMem version is uploaded. Thanks! On the Hatachi TCU's, does the SSM memory location map the same way as the ECU one does? Tried it last night with address 100000 and length 60000 (384K ROM size) and while it looked to have pulled something, it's a bit different that one you posted before.

Denso 32 bit SH7055 calibration ROM start 060000 length 020000(not all area will be read) Denso 32 bit SH7055 RAM start FF6000 length 008000 (not all area will be read)
Credits to Alexander c60 from forums.drom.ru/subaru What happens for ECUs marked as: not all area will be read Does that mean it's not a complete ROM image? Is there another tool to write to this ECU?
