Just a quick spreadsheet I whipped up.
I've currently got my heads off and calculating the the buckets I need.

This lets you know if it's within spec (Red or green)
It tells you the required shim size and grabs the correct part number (as per my service manual, they may have superseded but subaru would be able to work with them)

Just thought it may help somebody else one day

Thanks for this, I've got my heads off (still) and will be converting to the shim under buckets...

I've added a small section which I will upload soon (easily expanded) where you can enter the tappet you have vs what you need, and it tells you how much you need to have surfaced from the valve stem.
Turns out most of these are back order japan 4-6 weeks lol.

Updated with small section for valve stem required grinding section (It's only for 5 valves, but easily expanded)

Also changed it so you enter your available shims and for the calcs you can only select ones you haven't used.. Saves you from accidentally select a shim twice now,

Valves done today, works perfectly.. Had the valve stems ground and the bucket it said worked perfectly.
