Note: This spreadsheet uses a VBA macro, so you'll need to enable to macros to use it. If the rescaled table is full of cells that say "#NAME!" (I think that's the error) it's because you don't have macros enabled.
The first page of the spreadsheet rescales on the vertical axis (e.g the RPM axis of the fueling and timing tables). The second page rescales horizontally (e.g. the Load axis of the fueling and timing tables). Rescaling in both directions in a single operation would be harder, so if you need rescaling in both directions you'll have to do it in two steps.
To use this spreadsheet:
0) Save it, and then change the extension to .xlsm.
1) Open it in Excel, and enable macros.
2) Paste tables values from EcuFlash into the "Original Table" section. This has to be done in three copy-paste operations, one each for the row headers, column headers, and the cell values.
3) Edit the values that generate the row headers (or column headers) for the rescaled table.
4) Copy the new row headers (or column headers) and table cells from the "Rescaled Table" section.
5) SANITY CHECK EVERYTHING.
This spreadsheet won't produce values for rows that are outside the range of the original table. Those cells will say "#VALUE!" so don't copy them into EcuFlash. Just copy what you can, and guesstimate the rest based on the shape of the existing data. Guess conservatively (less timing, or richer AFR) and tune from there.

Can I add this here NSFW? I have one that does all manner of map sizes or custom and is just standard excel, no VBA required.
It even adds 2 the base and advance maps if the scales are different on the Ignition Timing Special tab. It's built around the BRZ so the Custom tab will suit everyone's needs.
