Two versions, one for smoothed/interpolated values between airflow range break points, and one for chunky/flat values between break points

One for vehicles which already have known/accurate airflow tables or MAF scaling, and one for those which need some work and consistent fueling request to help eliminate accuracy when scaling a fresh VE table or MAF

AFR output is based off mass air flow grams per second
and mass air flow grams per second is derived from engine speed and g/rev (mass air flow grams per revolution)
