 Post subject: OL Fueling Load Scaling & Map Tool

Might not even be necessary, but I figured I made it so I'd share. I was curious about how rescaling the load impacts the OL Fueling Map so I made this thing. Once the load scaling part was done, I kept going to see if I can find a good way to recolor the cells to show trends. I used to stock 07 map to work from as the example.
