To make sorting LearningView files on their name within a directory a little easier I adapted a VBscript to change the date and time portion of the filename.

This script will only work on files containing "LearningView_" AND ("AM" or "PM"). It won't work on files without the AM/PM time component. It will rename both screen shot and CSV files.

For example, if you have a filename of: LearningView_4-5-2010 1 58 23 PM.csv
After running the script the filename will be: LearningView_20100504_135823.csv

DISCLAIMER:
*** Backup the directory containing your files before running the script just in case it does not do what you expect ***

After you download the file change the extension from .txt to .vbs

Save it in the directory containing the files to rename and then double click to launch.
Or, if you save it somewhere else, you can run it from a command window and specify the path to the directory of files to rename, such as:
C:\>RenameLV.vbs learningview\files
