Really. Please don't. You won't find a copy of it here, and we'd really prefer that people stopped asking.
XmlWrite was created by someone who poached a lot of intellectual property from Ecutek, and we really wish that had never happened in the first place. Ecutek ended up getting pissed off at everyone involved with RomRaider itself, even though XmlWrite was entirely the work of (theft by) a third party. The person who stole Ecutek's definitions basically just used RomRaider as a tool to harm Ecutek, and we want no part of that.
If you need an ECU definition for a ROM that is not already in the official or experimental definitions, please just post a request in the "ECU and Logger Definitions" forum:
viewforum.php?f=8You'll get a better definition than the ones that were taken from Ecutek anyway.
