For those of you with ADM and SADM 2011 WRXs, please let me know if the parameters work as expected.
I verified the referenced parameters against the various pieces of logic that makes use of them, but obviously I haven't been able to verify them 100%. They should be fine (based on the code) but please let me know if there are any issues.

You'll need to post the ROM to we can make a definition for it. Post it up here in a new thread. Even without a ROM specific def you should still get some basic SSM parameters to log.

DS,
Why is the logger not saving the location of the XML arquive and everytime I open the program it gives me an error? I created a profile already with my custom loggin parameters, but it's not saving the location of the logger (XML) file... does it need to be saved under a specific folder or? What's the trick? Thanks!

Thanks! You probably don't have read/write privileges to the RomRaider folder, so the settings aren't being saved. Check the folder permissions and make sure the account you are running RomRaider under has read/write permissions. This is typical under Vista and 7 when you use UAC and/or run as a limited account.

With vista and 7 run as administrator or install tuning software outside of the program files directory.

Noob here!!!
I can not find the logger definitions for the 2011 USDM WRX. Is there a different version that I can modify or can someone post the definitions if I post my ROM? I really want to be able to log extended parameters before I mess with my tune.
Is there a guide anywhere that explains how to construct definitions? I would like to learn, but had no luck searching.
Thanks in advance.

I thought I had sent the params to dschultz for the 2011. If not I'll try and get them done this weekend. Finding well-known extended parameters isn't overly hard as long as you've got the corresponding ECU logic disassembled and are somewhat familiar with it. Then it is a matter of matching code from a previous year to the year you're trying to define and recording the RAM addresses of the variables. There already a great guide for disassembling ROMs here.

Have a 2" binder filled with stuff I've been reading so I need to start doing something before I start to forget. I appreciate the link. Lets see if I remember anything from my micro-controller class a few years ago.

Did you search using your CAL or ECU ID?
