2016 Subaru STI USDM AE5T400V

Pulled this file from a 19 USDM STI.

The file has a date of 2023 08 09 in it, must be an update to AE5T201V for the 2016 model. Other STI CAL ID is AE5Z321V.

and where is the date written in the file?

For this ROM, 4 hex bytes starting at 0x2023.
But it can vary per ROM, it's at the end of a series of 0x20 right after the CAL ID at 0x200X.
