I have herd of some shops flashing STI roms to the stock 04 FXT ECU to be able to run the MERP patch. My question is, what roms are compatible with the 04 FXT AT ECU posted below to do so with a MERP patch?

They might be using A2ZJ710J. That would be my best guess.
Might be worth test-flashing and see the output.

If you're still looking, look into Dimemod. Worked perfect on my 05 FXT 4EAT

Do all the features work and do you load it with ecuflash? I was just talking with Dmitry about using dimemod for ecu triggered outputs and just couldn’t find anyone else using his patch. It’s great to hear that it’s working for someone else.

I haven't been able to test most features yet but it flashes with ecuflash and his patched rom is on the ecu currently running the car. I've been slacking tbh but have been playing with carberry on my wrx instead lol.

I’m most interested in the flexfuel portion. Love to see an update when you get it all going.

there's one blending table, with voltage axis and uses values of 1 to 3, where the number is which set of tables you're using. 1.5 would be half way between 1 and 2, etc.

the table allows you to put in less than 1 and more than 3, but I don't think that would be happy-fun-town, or who knows.

AVCS, both min and max wastegate duty, target boost, base timing, knock correction advance, open loop, injector scalar/latency, can be had in two sets (standard and set #2) or three sets. (standard, #2/#3 present in this table grouping)
