Would anyone be kind enough to clue me in what can trigger CEL flash in merpmod/aijiimod, outside of the failsafes?

Started poking around with a Switch map on my car, and seeing a periodic CEL flash. Starts at 3x, but for some reason I can adjust the number of flashes between 1x and 3x by toggling up and down with the cruise control stalk. Don't see anything explicitly noted to trigger this, but maybe I'm missing something.

I ported aijiimod1.4 for A2WC522N for awfulwaffle. Made a mistake in the Test Mode switch detection, which was causing the errors in the first post. That's been fixed, but still unsure if all the other features are working. If they do end up working, I'll start a pull request on ajiimod's GitHub repository for the definitions for this CALID.
