I have basically all the tuning maps defined based on the Flash Tune Software (have one more set of relations to find, for MAP vs. RPM). But, I have another question. I found one map that appears to be commented out, but when I tried to un-comment it to see what data is in it, the ROM wouldn't open. What data is located in this location, and why does the ROM not open when I un-comment it??

It's commented out because it's a real-time map created in RAM (not ROM), note the storage address of 0xFFFF8E86.

Oh. Yeah I haven't looked into the processor data sheet.

Based on the ROM size I'm going to guess SH7054 (SH-2 CPU without a FPU).

Here's a working def file for RomRaider.

So I'm fairly needy... Would you mind telling me how you populated the internalidaddress, internalidstring, and ecu string (that one looks like any value will work, as far s opening the file in RomRaider goes)?

internalidstring - is a sequence of characters that uniquely defines the ROM. Most often it is the calibration ID defined by the manufacturer (on a car you get this value from a OBD mode 9 pid 4 query).
internalidaddress - is the hex address where the internalidstring is located in the ROM file.
ecuid - may be Subaru specific and is not needed to open and edit a ROM. This is the value that the RomRaider Logger gets from the ECU when Logging is initiated. It allows the Logger to cross-reference back to the internalidstring.

Okay, more specifically, how did you find the string and it's address in this binary?

By looking at a few previously defined ROMs on the bike site.

All the definition files are gone, from what I found... Were you able to find some definition files and download them recently?

No, it would have just been various images people posted.
