Thank you for reply. I will check this lines. Maybe i have bad soldering somewhere... I'm not strong in programming languages, so i have to mess with iron))

Double checked connections with multi-meter, all seems to be fine... eehhh... ((

Rebuild of power-on reset system with this: Attachment: PowerOnReset.jpg Doesn't have any effect. VCC +5.2V. All connections fine and checked. Can be a mistake in datasheet, at socket diagram section for programmer mode? I have added a lot of capacitors, nothing changes. Readings still not stable and differs. May be programmer don't know how to operate with this prom? Tried read it as Intel E28F020 and AMD AM28F020. This mcu drives me crazy, he has coming to me at night dreams

Guess you right, i need to redesign PCB... Waste of time.

Found interesting information: Quote: The EPROM (or FLASH) part has a Silicon Signature (ID), accessed by applying 12V to address A9. If 12V is applied to the equivalent pin on the microprocessor is is likely that damage will result. The usual precaution against this possibility is to make sure that ID checking function is disabled before attempting any function (Reading, Programming, Blank Checking or Checksumming) on the microprocessor. May be i have damage address line also. Because i tried read it with ID checking function on, at the beginning.

Some news... We need 6mhz crystal oscillator and PLL x 2, as written in datasheet. But with 10mhz crystal oscillator i has stable reading from 0 to 0800. With 12mhz, from 0 to 2000. With 14.3mhz, very stable from 0 to 4000. It's very strange... Last dump attached. Attachment: d003ff.BIN

Found 24mhz crystal oscillator. It's too much, mcu can't start.

Higher frequency gives more addresses reads correctly. At 16mhz i have read from 0 to 10000 At 17.3mhz mcu want start.

DO NOT SHOOT the taper ! He plays as fast as he can . (C)
It appears your flash programmer is too fast.. Try to find a slower programmer. Engine calibrations could be read by SSM2 protocol and your dump may be compared. Transmission calibrations located at higher addresses and also may be read by SSM2 protocol.
Is it possible to read by chunks ? Just by rewired upper address lines to power\ground instead of programmer outputs.

I tried to found another programmers, but i can't find any descriptions of speed or frequency specifications. Forgot to read calibrations via SSM, before desoldering It's 1B07000405. Found fuel and ignition maps. Looks similar to other roms. Attachment: maps.jpg I will try read it by chunks, thank you for advice! ))

Thank you, I thought the same thing Another map, temporary call it "Base Timing A". But it does not look like usual base timing What it could be? Attachment: maps1.jpg

Your Timing A is VolumetricEfficiency with incorrect scaling.
