I gave it a try over the weekend, and I must admit that the results are very promising! By upping my WGDC by 20% in the 500 column, I was able to achieve better spool and higher boost in my first and second gears, without affecting the higher gears.

My butt dyno can definitely feel the improvement.

Anyways, any thoughts on lowering 5th gear to prevent over boost
I followed your template for 1st & 2nd gear and changed 5th to slightly less Requested Torque to prevent overboost from 800-3200RPM (USDM BNR68 08WRX here).

It can easily be done. Now on these cars I actually tune the car's boost in 4th and 5th gear. then Add requested torque to bring 3rd up to boost then 2nd then 1st. 1st gear pulls can be fun sometimes. I have hit as much as 24 in 1st gear on a FP RED. It actually overboosted the 22 PSI target in 1st

As Eric says, you create a new 'saddle' in the requested torque table as you would in the WGDC initial table. Of course in the lower gears the center of that saddle needs to be shifted up the rpm range compared to what you need in 4th or 5th gear, since load is lower and the turbo hits it's 'sweet spot' a little later.
Like Eric, I tune the WGDC for 4th gear and then notch the rows in the max RT table for 3rd and 2nd until no overboosting occurs. Not sure if this is the 'right' way to do it, but it works very well in my application.

Has this table been found (or does it exist) for the USDM 2011 STi?

I would be very interested in trying to use it to hit the correct boost in 2 and 3 while not over boosting in higher gears. I am currently missing my targets in lower gears to avoid over boosting.

I have made changes to my Per Gear Requested Torque Tables on my 2011 STi Automatic sedan. As I posted above, I can feel she pulls harder in 1st and 2nd gear compared to running with my stock rom. However, when I log Requested Toruqe (raw ecu value), I donot see any difference - both my moded and stock roms log a max value of 350.

On my stock rom, Requested Torque is capped at 350 on my DWB and Wastegate tables. Using the examples posted on previous pages, I have upped my Requested Torque for 1st and second gear to 512 (I have tried 400 also, but no change). I have implemented the relevant changes to all three DBW tables and my Init and Max Wastegate Duty Cylce Tables. But when I log Requested Torque, I see a max of 350 - that is the value in my stock DBW and Wastegate tables.

Can you guys please assist. My Rom is AZ1J500J. I have attached a copy of my modified rom.

The extended Logger parameter Requested Torque is the value used in the WGDC & Boost Target tables.
The torque value pulled from the per gear tables is not currently logged. But looking at the code it appears that the Requested Torque Accelerator Pedal tables will limit the torque value to the table settings based on Si Drive mode.

I have upped the Requested Torque Values in my SI Drive tables (under 100% Throttle), Wategate tables, and Target Boost table. However, I don't see this increase in my logs.

Perhaps there is a value / table that "caps" Max Requested Torque, in my rom?

Being an automatic, do you think my rom makes use of the Per Gear Max Requested Torque tables? Do the 2010 / 2011 Legacy Autos make use of this table? Also, do they have the same "limit" on Requested Torque?

The only way to know is to log some yet undefined RAM locations. I'll see what I can dig up in that code area and if you wish we can test a few RAM locations for your ROM to see what appears.
I didn't see a 350 limit in that section but I didn't look at all of it either, it's a very long subroutine that processes four possible entry values.

It's like most STI's 2 gears, 1st and 6th gear, I am not sure how useful this would be. and how difficult it would be to use it.
