Which value does the ECU actually use for boost, WGDC,MP compensations, etc?

Was logging a car that had the AIR pump deleted, but the pressure sensor wasn't left plugged in. MRP Corrected reads about 6.3 psi less than MRP.

I'm guessing the ECU uses MRP and assumes the car is at sea level?
