I recently looked a lot at Ghidra. It appears to be a great tool. Unfortunately, it doesn't currently support the SuperH family of ISAs. There's some quite comprehensive documentation on how to implement new architectures with SLEIGH - Ghidra's processor spec language. But it would take quite a bit of effort that I doubt folks here have the time to put in. That being said, Ghidra has IDA plugins to import existing IDA annotations - so if Ghidra ever supports our ISAs it could be a potentially easy step to migrate over.
