Still working on disassembly of the cel logic. Has anybody figured out how a cel can be triggered on a disabled parameter?

If I leave rotational idle at a moderate speed I throw all four cylinder misfires. If I disable them, the car still throws the code and goes limp but won't tell me that it's those, though I know it is.

Can somebody shed some light or maybe share some extended disassembly?

Same thing here with Secondary Air Pump cel's on 2008 EDM STI. They are all disabled, but still throwing cel. Tried Disable All Cels, but these cels still come up. How can I get them off, because air pump system is removed.

professwrx, what rom type are you working with that has rotational idle? dime?

t6nis1234: what about your barometric pressure sensor? did you keep it or is it still attached to the air pump?
if you toss the baro sensor, weird things happen. like loss of boost control, and codes that won't delete.
