After some trail-and-error I was able to dump the ROM from the white Calsonic TPMS Module. Leaving it here in case someone else wants to play along.

The MCU is a Fujitsu MB90F497G

Small Update:

After diving through the code it is apparent that there aren't any TPMS Sensor IDs stored in this module. The TPMS module must be polling another device for the Sensor addresses.

I verified this by ordering another TPMS box and dumping the ROM on that one: both units are identical.

Since the TPMS box is not storing the sensor IDs, there is not much point to keep reverse engineering the TPMS code. I am going to move on to looking into a different module.
