MY06 XT Forester. 3"DP 2.5" System. Otherwise stock.

Since new my XT Forester has had a hesitation initially after a cold start during cold weather. This is the first winter here since I've been tuning the car and the hesitation has recently become noticeable again.

I thought it may be just related to timing compensation (coolant temp) however following a few logs they don't seem to be directly related. Attached are a few logs of 3 different engine starts after the car has been left sitting for varying amounts of time. Disregarding the time when it is idling the cars timing is initially retarded then slowly re intercepts the timing advance + base. This was what I expected but the retarded timing doesn't seem to be directly related to coolant temp as the point where total timing = timing advance + base isn't a consistent coolant temp and timing is retarded significantly more than any figures in the table.

Hopefully I'm just missing something simple but would be keen for other peoples opinions.

Thanks,
Lachie
